Office Coordinator (Client-Facing Admin Role)
Location: Salary: $18–$24/hour (depending on experience) – or $38k–$50k/year full-time
We’re a growing team looking for an organized go-getter to keep things running smooth. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) our clients love—handling scheduling, estimates, follow-ups, and payments without missing a beat.
What you’ll do
Manage client calendars: book jobs, set start dates, reschedule when life happens
Send out estimates and invoices
Follow up on payments—polite but firm
Check in regularly with customers via phone/email/text—build trust, spot issues early
Keep our office humming: answer calls, track supplies if needed, manage customer requests
Who we’re after
2+ years in admin, customer service, or coordination (office experience a big plus)
Killer phone skills—warm, clear, no-nonsense
Solid with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel for tracking, Outlook for emails)
Detail-obsessed, multitasker who stays calm when it’s busy
Bonus: experience chasing invoices or using CRM tools, google sheets or excel skills a huge plus
