Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
Must have property and casualty or personal lines license.
