Position Description
Ryder is hiring a Material Handler in Green Bay, Wisconsin, offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.
Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
Shift Differential: $2.50 per hour on Night shift
Overtime Pay: $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Days 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, Nights 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
Every other weekend off, 2‑2‑3 schedule

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
Valid forklift operator’s license, certified
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a diverse work environment
Highly thorough and dependable
Must be punctual with a good attendance record
Performs work independently with minimal supervision
Possesses high initiative
Demonstrates high level of accuracy, even under pressure
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs
Can stand for long periods
Can work using health and safety methods
Available to work on a flexible schedule and various shifts
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
Accurately pick and pack, audit, tote induction, staging of products, and manage loading/unloading of trucks
Handle day‑to‑day paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hour of production
Perform other duties as assigned
