Position Summary
The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and resident care during assigned shifts, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role combines clinical leadership, hands‑on care, and team support, serving as a key resource for staff, residents, and families.
What You Need
Active RN license in PA (in good standing)
2+ years RN experience (long-term care preferred)
Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience
Current CPR/BLS certificationStrong leadership and clinical skills
What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs)
Oversee resident care and ensure quality standards
Administer treatments & monitor resident conditions
Communicate with physicians, families & care teams
Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies
Act as nurse‑in‑charge for the shift
