Responsibilities
Inspect vacant and occupied rental units to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Assist in showing occupied properties to prospective tenants, providing them with a welcoming experience.
Prepare properties for the rental market by performing necessary light maintenance tasks.
Identify and resolve light maintenance issues promptly to maintain tenant satisfaction.
Fulfill and troubleshoot maintenance requests from current tenants, ensuring timely solutions.
Perform other related duties and property management support tasks as needed to contribute to team success.
Qualifications
Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills.
Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests.
Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures.
Over 2 years of maintenance experience.
Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
Compensation
$40,000 per year plus benefits.
