GrowGeneration is one of the largest retailers of hydroponic products in the United States and is engaged in the business of marketing and distributing horticultural, organics, lighting and hydroponics products, including lighting fixtures, nutrients, seeds and growing media, systems, trays, fans, filters, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, timers, instruments, water pumps, irrigation supplies and hand tools.
Position Reports to

Hourly Wage
Up to $30/hour DOQ
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver product and transport CO2 gas 3 to 5 times per week in a 25,000 GVW box truck
Receive, unload and shelf incoming inventory items
Process and pack orders accurately
Check and verify to fulfill customer orders
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
Help organize backstock and perform inventory count
Greet customers, respond warmly to questions, improve engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service
Inspect products for damages; report as needed
Store associates will help with any tasks in other departments necessary to keep the store running efficiently
Other duties as assigned
Compensation
Includes a salary commensurate with experience, participation in group insurance plans upon eligibility, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave and more. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job‑related reasons. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees and their dependents that includes:
Two (2) Medical Plans, with GrowGeneration contributing 80% to employee only coverage and50% to employee + dependent(s) coverage

Part‑time employees are eligible for up to six (6) days of paid sick leave (subject to state and local laws), two (2) weeks of paid parental leave, and participation in the 401(k). Employees that move from part‑time to full‑time status may receive less than ten (10) PTO days based on their anniversary date. Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Must pass MI Department of Transportation medical certification
Valid CDL required (+25,000 GVW truck)
Ability to communicate with customers and co‑workers by speaking and listening
Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and walk.
Ability to use a computer and POS system with accuracy
Ability to stand for the duration of a shift
Ability to lift 50 lbs. to waist height safely and repeatedly
Ability to work in hot or cold environments for extended periods of time
