Temp-to-Hire Forklift Operator - 3rd Shift

Pay:
$18.75/hr, plus $2.50 shift differential
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm, with overtime as required including Saturday and Sunday

700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168
Safety Minded:
Valid forklift certification is required. You must be able to provide proof of certification (certificate, wallet card, or employer‑issued documentation) during the interview process.
Job Type:
Temp‑to‑hire: eligible for full‑time status change following your successful 90‑day probationary performance review

Job Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Cherry Picker (OP) and stand‑up forklift
Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse inventory
Perform case pick and full pallet pick duties as instructed
Follow all safety guidelines, including safe lifting and handling procedure
What You Bring:
Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
Minimum 6 months of forklift experience and proof of certification - required
Ability to work at heights of 20+ feet, required
Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
Ability to follow all safety guidelines, required
