CSR – Insider Position Description
Department: Store Operations
Classification: Non‑Exempt
Reports To: General Manager (Secondary report: Regional Operations Manager)
Responsibilities
Take orders over phone and in person
Greeting customers within 10 seconds
Build relationships with customers
Up‑sell products
Handle cash and make correct monetary change
Keep customer area clean
Assist Pizza Makers with toppings and dough
Pizza Maker Responsibilities (optional)
Make Domino's high‑quality pizzas
Food and portion control
Maintain hygiene and food safety
Food preparation
Take customer orders and up‑sell
General cleaning and organization duties

Minimum Requirements and Expectations
Exceptional and positive attitude
Must be 16 years of age or older
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used)
Ability to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑team members to process orders over the phone and in person
Listening and hearing on telephone
Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks
Depth perception
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
Ability to stand for long periods of time; most tasks are performed from a standing position
