Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the plastics industry, is seeking a Plastics Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Plastics Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$20.00 – $21.50
Shift:
Multiple shifts available: 1st Shift: 7:00AM – 3:00PM, 2nd Shift: 3:00PM – 11:00PM, 3rd Shift: 11:00PM — 7:00AM (Monday–Friday). Note: These shifts will transition to 10-hour shifts once the new schedule is implemented.
Responsibilities
Operate injection molding machines and related production equipment efficiently and safely.
Monitor equipment performance and make minor adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
Inspect molded parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency, using visual inspection tools.
Document production data, including defects and machine performance metrics.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with ISO Class 7 clean room standards (if applicable).
Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail and strong visual acuity for quality inspection.
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift and perform repetitive tasks.
Reliability, strong work ethic, and a safety-conscious mindset.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Steel-toed safety shoes are required PPE.
