
Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who can design, build, and support custom process equipment used in manufacturing. This role involves working across the full lifecycle of equipment—from concept and design to installation and startup.
You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including process, electrical, controls, and operations to develop reliable and efficient systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom process equipment and mechanical systems
Own the complete design lifecycle: concept, detailed design, and documentation
Create 3D models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks
Perform structural and thermal analysis (FEA) to validate designs
Work with vendors and machine shops for fabrication and procurement
Oversee equipment assembly, installation, and commissioning
Support startup and debugging of equipment in manufacturing environments
Troubleshoot issues and implement design improvements
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure system integration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
3+ years of experience in mechanical design and manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of machine design, mechanics, and materials
Experience with SolidWorks and PDM/EPDM systems
Hands‑on experience with equipment installation, startup, and debugging
Ability to independently manage design projects from concept to completion
