Equipment Operator
The equipment operator is responsible for moving product throughout the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Drive reach truck to assigned location to pull product
Deliver product to designated area in overstock to be replenished or shipped
Stacks and moves empty pallets and wire baskets to correct destination
Locate all received product to a forward picking bin or designated overstock location
Ensure all carries receive the correct paperwork
Operate wrap machine to secure pallets prior to shipment
Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of area
Required Qualifications
Education equivalent to four years of high school
Experience operating a Reach Truck, Order Picker, Sit Down Forklift, and an Electric Pallet Jack
Working Conditions
Production
Physical Demands
Driving reach truck for long periods of time
Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes
Able to work in various temperature conditions
Operation of reach truck
