Job Overview
Assist supervisors in shift‑production operations and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role requires competency across all on‑the‑job activities that influence product safety and quality.

Responsibilities
Instruct and train production employees on safe equipment operation.
Review records and procedures to ensure proper use of time and materials.
Perform continuous product inspection to verify quality standards.
Maintain all equipment in good operating condition.
Promote positive interdepartmental communication and cooperation.
Operate facility metal detector(s) when required; full training and certification are mandatory.
Enforce safety policies and conduct inspections and safety meetings.
Cover for absent employees as needed.
Plan and adjust personnel assignments across production phases.
Maintain work‑area cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with all company policies (EEO, sexual harassment, safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.).
Perform other duties as directed by supervision.
Complete the AIB Master Baker Correspondence Course.
Adhere to work schedules, attendance policies, and other applicable rules and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) or more years of experience in all areas of plant production work.
Essential Job Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
Compensation
Salary Range: $29.65 per hour
