Supply Replenisher Associate II - Zeeland, MI & Hastings, MI
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | $5K SIGN ON BONUS

This role supports two assigned locations (Zeeland, MI and Hastings, MI) and follows a consistent weekly schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Site A

Tuesday, Thursday: Site B

Candidates should be comfortable working across both locations and adapting to the needs of each site.

Travel & Mileage Compensation:

Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between locations in accordance with company policy.

Travel is predictable and built into the weekly schedule.

This position supports the implementation of lean supply management principles within the BU Laboratory network, including materials/supplies movement and replenishment to point of use in the laboratory. Performs cycle counts and daily replenishment routines while interacting with laboratory staff and supply analysts to assure material availability.

Responsibilities

Execute standard business processes for managing material flow for all facility types in the assigned region, including laboratories and other off‑site locations.

Participate in internal work teams to continuously improve supply replenishment processes, focusing on overall cost and cycle time reduction.

Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts to assure the accuracy of on‑hand inventories.

Maintain visual management tools (e.g., Kanban) and mistake‑proof initiatives (labels with photos).

Qualifications

Required Work Experience:

2–3 years in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of inventory control systems desired.

Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact well with all levels of staff.

Efficient planning and organizing skills.

Good math skills required.

Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in a variety of software such as Excel, Word, Visio, etc. highly desirable.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
