Monday through Friday, 5,40, 8,00 AM to 4,30 PM

Pay Rate:
60.00 to 65.00 hourly
We are partnering with LA County Building and Safety to identify an experienced Building Inspector to support daily field inspections at their office. This is an on-site role that requires a steady hand, sound judgment, and the ability to apply code knowledge with accuracy and consistency.
What you will handle
Perform building and safety inspections for residential, commercial, and related structures.
Verify work for compliance with applicable codes and County standards.
Prepare accurate inspection reports and documentation.
Communicate findings clearly with contractors, engineers, and County teams.
Represent the department with professionalism in the field.
Requirements
Active ICC certifications, per contract requirements.
Valid CA Class C Driver License.
Background in building inspections, construction, or related disciplines.
