About You
In one of our R&D teams you will focus on delivering winning products while keeping safety and customer focus at the core of every decision. Your responsibilities include:

Providing process engineering support to internal and external engineers and developers to establish equipment designs that meet process and product success criteria.

Using creativity to design, develop, and optimize converting and manufacturing equipment and processes that meet business objectives.

Collaborating closely with product, material, and engineering leads to provide guidance in the design, development or optimization of converting equipment/processes.

Developing expertise in engineering principles, scientific analysis, and project management to become an effective implementer.

Applying knowledge in web handling or material component applications.

Ensuring all responsibilities are carried out safely and in compliance with safety codes, policies and guidelines.

Demonstrating leadership qualities such as building trust, making decisions, and developing talent.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering related field. Candidates with an Associate’s degree and substantial engineering/scientific experience may also be considered.

Analytical skills to collect and assess data to support technical recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to lead yourself or small teams to achieve intended results.

Evidence of continuing self‑development.

Team‑based working ability.

Travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical knowledge of high‑speed manufacturing equipment.

Experience with web handling and processes for diapers, training pants, feminine care or incontinent products.

Prior exposure to plant and manufacturing environments.

Knowledge of materials and their interactions with high‑speed process equipment.

Ability to develop novel processes or improvements in an FEI environment.

Mechanical engineering experience is desirable.
