About the Role
NSC Staffing is seeking a
Bilingual Safety & Workforce Coordinator
to support large-scale workforce mobilization across the United States. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a few years of experience in construction, safety, or workforce coordination who is looking to grow in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.
You will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting groups of workers traveling from Puerto Rico to job sites nationwide, ensuring a smooth transition from arrival to job site while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for groups of employees traveling to job sites across the U.S.
Meet incoming workers at airports and assist with transportation, rental cars, and hotel accommodations
Serve as a bilingual (English/Spanish) point of contact for workforce communication and support
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
Conduct job site visits to ensure safety standards are being followed
Support and reinforce OSHA and site‑specific safety protocols
Distribute and ensure proper use of PPE
Participate in and help lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
Work closely with site leadership and safety teams to address any issues or concerns
Help foster a positive, safety‑first culture among employees
Qualifications
Bilingual in
Spanish and English
(required)
2–5 years of experience in construction, safety, or workforce coordination
Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to one week at a time)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, field‑based environments
Ability to work independently and problem‑solve on the fly
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification ( strongly preferred )
Experience in construction safety or job site coordination
Familiarity with data centers, large construction projects, or industrial environments
Experience conducting safety meetings or trainings
