Hybrid - Civil Engineer
Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Develop design concepts and produce contract documents based on client needs.

Manage and coordinate with teams to ensure projects complete satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.

Conduct land surveys and site development activities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Utilize software such as MicroStation, 2D AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Geopak, InRoads, and Roadway for design purposes.

Implement innovative engineering solutions to resolve complex technical issues.

Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress.

Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other project stakeholders.

Ensure projects run according to schedule and budgets.

Apply expert knowledge of design principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields.

Appraise feasibility and advisability of recommending, scheduling, and carrying out engineering projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, specifically within the finance industry.

Professional Engineering license required.

Proficiency in MicroStation, 2D AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Geopak, InRoads, and Roadway.

Solid understanding of land surveying and site development.

Strong project management and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Keen eye for detail and strong focus on quality.

Proven ability to solve complex problems and make sound engineering decisions.
