Overview
Seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast‑paced industrial environment. This role plays a key part in equipment reliability and continuous improvement in a Manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, packaging equipment)
Perform electrical work up to 480V (motors, VFDs, relays, sensors)
Diagnose motor controls & safety circuits (E‑Stops, relays, interlocks)
Support PLC troubleshooting (I/O, basic ladder logic)
Perform welding & basic fabrication
Lead equipment setups, changeovers, and improvements
Maintain documentation in CMMS and follow safety standards
Qualifications
3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics
Technical degree or certifications preferred
Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Work Environment
Lift up to 75 lbs
Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed
