WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Class 8 trucks: Freightliner, Western Star, International
Engines: Detroit 60 Series, DD15, DD16, Cummins X15
Transmissions: DT12, Eaton autos, 10/13/18-speed manuals
Equipment: Vans, Flatbeds, Gravel Trains, Live Bottoms, Tankers
Specialized systems:
MC331 propane tankers & hydraulics
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Diagnose and repair
diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Perform
preventative maintenance & DOT inspections
Utilize industry software: Diagnostic Link, Cummins Insite, Bendix, Wabco, Navistar, Edith
Maintain accurate service records and communicate with your team
Take ownership of your work— start to finish
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
6 months–1 year diesel mechanic experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work
independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and advance— we invest in our techs
Valid driver’s license
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
CDL (or willingness to obtain one)
ASE certifications (HD trucks)
Experience with MC331 tankers & hydraulics
Familiarity with fleet maintenance software

Requirements
6 months to 1 year of verifiable diesel mechanic experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Ability and knowledge to diagnose diesel engines, transmissions, and differential projects
Strong communication skills – team oriented
Valid driver's license
Preferred requirements:
Have a CDL or are willing to obtain one
Hold ASE certificates in HD trucks.
Are familiar with fleet maintenance softwareTake pride in keeping trucks safe, reliable, and road‑ready in a timely manner
Have at least 3 years of experience in MC331 tankers and hydraulics specifically
Physical Requirements of a Diesel Tech:
Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds
Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspection
Enough vision to inspect repair work
Ability to use/operate hand tools, power tools, and other heavy machinery
Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen
