Job Summary
We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Accountant to support accounting operations for VinDynamics US. This role will focus on day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and compliance, while supporting operations across R&D, technology commercialization, and manufacturing-related activities in a fast-growing environment.

Requirements
Relevant education and experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in technology, R&D, manufacturing, or high‑tech companies.

Strong experience in commercial and/or R&D‑related accounting activities.

Hands‑on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Strong understanding of US GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements, including financial reporting and tax compliance.

Mandatory Requirements

US citizen or valid work authorization in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multi‑entity or international company structures.

Familiarity with cost accounting, project‑based accounting, or R&D expense tracking.

Experience working in startup or fast‑scaling environments is a plus.

CPA or progress toward CPA certification is an advantage.

High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Job Description

Perform daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, recording other financial transactions, and bank statement reconciliations.

Execute banking transactions, including processing payments to vendors and monitoring payment status.

Prepare and file tax returns, coordinate audit activities, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, working closely with external partners and advisors as required.

Record and manage accounting transactions related to Research & Development (R&D), procurement, and operational activities.

Participate in budget planning and cash forecast preparation, and monitor and control expenses on a monthly and annual basis in accordance with company policies.

Maintain and organize accounting records and supporting documents in a complete, accurate, and compliant manner.

Collaborate closely with internal departments (Operations, Procurement, and HR) to ensure accurate and timely financial recording and tracking.

Perform period‑end closing procedures on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Prepare compliance reports, including financial statements, tax filings, and statutory reports, in accordance with US GAAP and company policies.

Support the improvement of accounting processes, systems, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
