
Senior Accountant

Responsibilities
Senior Accountant will review revenues and expenses for accuracy while examining general ledger postings and rent rolls. Coordinate with Receivable/Payable personnel to ensure timely posting for all transactions. Prepare supporting schedules for balance sheet accounts and P&L accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
4+ years of public or private accounting experience with residential real estate exposure preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Detail‑oriented, analytical, problem‑solver, and strong work ethics
Professionalism with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while managing multiple tasks
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability and ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
