Full service boutique commercial real estate firm providing investment, leasing, and management services to investors and tenants in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. We specialize in the acquisition and disposition of land, multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties.

Salary: $60,000 - $82,500 per year

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our commercial real estate portfolio.

Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, lenders, and investors.

Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.

Review and approve accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

At least 1 year of experience in Property Accounting, preferably in commercial real estate.

Proficiency in Yardi software or equivalent property management software.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
