Overnight Caregiver – BrightStar Care
BrightStar Care is hiring overnight caregivers to provide safe and exceptional care for clients during night shifts. Candidates must stay awake during the entire shift and will receive weekly pay.
Pay & Schedule
Wages: $15–$17 per hour (paid weekly). Overnight shifts are available immediately and weekends are required. Flexible scheduling and multiple overnight shift options are offered.
Overnight Shift Requirements
Available for one or more of the following shifts:
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Remain awake during the entire overnight shift
Orientation Requirement
Attend a 2‑day orientation: Tuesday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Overnight monitoring and supervision
Assisting with toileting and incontinence care
Repositioning for comfort and skin integrity
Fall prevention and safety monitoring
Light housekeeping and meal prep
Companionship and emotional support
Assisting with ADLs as needed
Dementia care support
Transportation (if required)
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year caregiver/PCA experience preferred
Ability to stay awake during the entire overnight shift
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with auto insurance
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working around pets
Current physical and negative 2‑step TB test
CPR & First Aid certification
Requirements
Compliance with Drug-Free Workplace policy
Pass drug screening
Pass FBI & State background checks
Attend 2‑day orientation (Tuesday & Wednesday)
