As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an individual with a strong knack for business development or a sole proprietor wants to be a part of our firm. This is a unique opportunity for someone with an extensive Rolodex and a network of connections to help propel our firm to the next level. If you have your own firm, you have an opportunity to bring our book of business over; in doing so, you will be fully compensated for merging your firm with ours, creating a powerful synergy that leverages the strengths of both entities.

Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Partner—ideally someone currently running their own practice—who’s looking to join a firm that provides the staffing, infrastructure, and support needed to scale and thrive.

What You’ll Bring
Active CPA license with 12+ years in public accounting, including experience in a leadership or ownership role.
A transferable book of business and/or a solid base of client relationships.
Deep knowledge of partnership, S‑corporation, and individual taxation.
Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative leadership style.
Strong interpersonal and business development skills.
