Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate
Location: Lake Charles, LA
Pay: $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
Process shipping, deliveries, and in‑plant material distribution
Perform inventory control, material issuance, and stock replenishment using SAP
Build and stage material kits using work orders, BOMs, and pick lists
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
Identify and resolve discrepancies, damages, and non‑conformance issues
Coordinate material repairs, RMAs, and vendor communication (as assigned)
Operate forklifts and handle materials safely following PPE and site safety standards
Collaborate with procurement, operations, and vendors to ensure workflow efficiency
Qualifications
5+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in refinery, oil & gas, or industrial environments
Strong experience with SAP (ERP) for inventory and warehouse operations
Valid forklift certification required
TWIC card and ability to complete HASC/site‑specific safety training
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
