Senior Manager, SEC Reporting

We are partnering with a highly stable, growth-oriented organization to identify an SEC Reporting Manager who will play a critical leadership role in the company’s financial reporting function. This is a high-visibility opportunity to lead the entire SEC reporting process, manage a talented team, and collaborate closely with senior leadership across the organization.

What You’ll Do
Own and lead the SEC reporting function, including preparation and review of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and other filings
Oversee the entire reporting team, providing mentorship, development, and strategic direction
Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Executive Leadership
Research and interpret complex technical accounting issues and implement new accounting standards
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, controls, and efficiencies
Support external audits and act as a key liaison with auditors
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
CPA required
Strong SEC reporting and technical accounting background
Blend of public accounting + industry experience
Proven ability to lead, develop, and elevate a team
Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules/regulations
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of leadership
