PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a design and manufacturing industry leader, is hiring Production Operators to support PCB assembly, post-wave soldering, and conformal coating operations. This is a hands‑on role in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.
$21.00 per hour on 2nd shift
Monday–Friday schedule with overtime available
Skilled, hands‑on work with high-quality electronics
Team‑oriented environment focused on quality and precision
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform manual and automated PCB assembly, including SMT and hand soldering
Inspect and rework boards post‑wave soldering to IPC‑A‑610 standards
Apply conformal coatings using spray, dip, brush, or selective methods
Identify and correct soldering or coating defects
Your Qualifications
Experience in PCB assembly, post-wave soldering, or conformal coating
Familiarity with acrylic, urethane, silicone, or parylene coatings
Ability to read drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Work Environment
Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and materials
Repetitive hand movements and extended visual inspection
Standing or sitting for extended periods; occasional lifting
All duties performed under Health and Safety guidelines

Pay Details
$21.00 per hour
