Responsibilities
Process and review crop insurance applications, endorsements, and claims for accuracy and compliance.
Verify crop data, production reports, and other documentation to ensure regulatory adherence.
Prepare and submit claims in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies with Insurance Risk Advisors and clients.
Enter data into systems, organize documents, and monitor workflows to ensure timely policy processing.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and supporting both internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience in insurance processing, underwriting, or customer service.
High School diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn database/CRM software.
Knowledge of crop insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
