Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Escrow Officer for an on-site role based in our Birmingham, MI office. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating real estate closings, preparing and reviewing legal documents, handling escrow accounts, and serving as a trusted liaison between all parties involved in the closing process. Additionally, the Escrow Officer will provide exceptional customer service, maintain compliance standards, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all escrow transactions.
Qualifications
Experience with closings and escrow transactions
Knowledge and practical experience working with residential real estate transactions
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Previous experience in title and escrow services is preferred
