Connect with those thinking about selling a home or investment property in central Ohio
Follow the PLACE model to generate new leads
Schedule appointments and share the PLACE Selling Experience
Utilize Brivity CRM to track activities and clients
Conduct 2 open houses each month
Assist sellers to prepare their home for sale
Collaborate with other Realtors to accept and negotiate offers
Qualifications
Licensed in real estate
Team player
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Love to learn and practice skills
Ready to follow a plan
Excellent time management skills
