About The Role
We are looking for our 2nd marketing hire to own full‑funnel marketing initiatives across paid channels, product marketing, and content. You’ll work with product, design, CSMs, and founders to drive acquisition, communicate product value, and build a strong inbound motion.
You Will
Paid & Performance Marketing
Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, etc.
Run experiments across ad copy, landing pages, and creative.
SEO & Content
Define and execute SEO strategy to grow organic demo signups.
Manage content pipeline: landing pages, blog posts, and search‑optimized articles.
Email strategy
Set up and manage email campaigns in tools like Customer.io to drive product adoption and upsell.
Own lifecycle marketing flows – onboarding, feature education, re‑engagement, etc.
You Have
3-6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (startup preferred).
Have owned paid acquisition channels and/or SEO programs before.
Comfortable working across product, design, and GTM.
Strong writer with a clear, concise tone.
Data‑driven and know your way around CAC and funnel metrics.
Thrive in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments.
Nice to Haves
Experience working on AI, developer tools, or HR tech.
Strong design instincts or past work with creators/designers.
Experience setting up email automation or lifecycle marketing flows.
