Provides psychological assessment and treatment under training supervision, supports clinical program development, assists with teaching in a clinical setting, and conducts research.
Job Description
Provides evidence-based psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment under supervision.
Conducts individual and group therapy and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
Conducts independent research under supervision, analyzing data, developing methodologies, preparing publications, and presenting findings at scientific conferences.
Collaborates with other fellows, clinical faculty and staff, researchers, and laboratory personnel to achieve clinical and research goals.
Assists in the training and supervision of graduate students, psychology interns, other multi-disciplinary trainees, and other laboratory personnel.
Education Requirement
Graduate of or currently enrolled in an accredited graduate school or international equivalent, required.
Eligible to obtain doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD), required.
Formally enrolled in the NCH Psychology Fellowship Training Program, required.
Experience
Relevant experience and course of study in graduate school or a psychology pre-professional internship training program, required.
Application to NCH for participation in the Program, required.
