Job Description
Our client, a global renewable energy company at the forefront of the clean-energy transition, is seeking an experienced
Corporate Paralegal
to join its legal team.
You will support the General Counsel by managing legal and administrative workflows, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence. The role partners closely with internal teams and external counsel on corporate governance, securities, compliance, and strategic matters, while maintaining legal records and databases with strict confidentiality. Responsibilities also include preparing board and executive materials, supporting due diligence and litigation documentation, managing document revisions, and coordinating signature processes and executed agreements.
The ideal candidate has corporate paralegal experience within a public, global organization, with demonstrated exposure to SEC filings, board governance, and international legal matters, as well as a solid understanding of legal terminology, corporate governance practices, and standard legal procedures.
Experience with ESG reporting, compliance frameworks, and international regulatory environments is a major plus.
