Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Campbell, CA, for an Audio Visual Field Engineer. The responsibilities include performing on-site system installations, troubleshooting and maintaining audio-visual equipment, and providing technical support to clients. In addition, the role involves collaborating with team members during project implementation and ensuring projects meet high-quality standards safely and on time.

Perform on-site system installations for audio-visual solutions.
Troubleshoot and maintain audio-visual equipment; provide technical support to clients.
Collaborate with project teams during implementation to meet goals.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.
Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing technical issues and resolving them efficiently.
Effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders professionally.
Experience with field service responsibilities, including on-site equipment installation and maintenance.
Proficiency in technical support and resolving operational challenges for audio-visual systems.
Knowledge of project management principles to manage time, resources, and deliverables effectively.
Familiarity with audio-visual systems and data cabling setups is a plus.
Ability to work independently and on-site in a customer-focused manner.
Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
