Shift and Location
Shift Time: 3:20 PM – 1:50 AM
Work Days: Monday–Thursday (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday OFF)
Location: St. Louis, Missouri, On-site

Responsibilities
Operate CNC equipment to produce close-tolerance parts and maintain repeatable results across production runs.
Interpret drawings, tolerances, and job documentation to ensure correct processing.
Perform in-process inspection, analyze measurement results, and adjust (offsets or wear compensation) to maintain compliance.
Troubleshoot machining issues (tooling, offsets, process stability, surface finish, dimensional drift) and coordinate corrective action with leads, engineering, and quality.
Perform setups, changeovers, and first-piece approvals (e.g., workholding support, tooling swaps, verifying documentation, inspection support).
Complete required documentation, inspection records, and traceability for each job.
Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
5+ years CNC machining experience required; 7–10+ years for advanced candidates
Technical degree may substitute for some experience
Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances and maintain stable processes
Strong blueprint interpretation and GD&T comprehension as applicable
Strong inspection discipline and ability to work independently at an advanced level
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds (some positions)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with complex work on multi-axis platforms and/or precision turning
Familiarity with CNC controls (e.g., FANUC, Mitsubishi, Okuma)
Experience supporting first-piece verification and quality documentation rigor
Experience identifying and communicating process improvements to reduce variation and scrap
