Production Planner

The Production Planner will be responsible for scheduling the production for one to three departments. This position works with various partners in the business to ensure correct supply is available to support production schedules and sales.

Works with Production Managers, Purchasing, Merchandising, Packaging Engineering, Quality Assurance, Distribution, Traffic, and many other departments to ensure the correct supply is available to support production schedules and sales.
Interpreting the master schedule to generate a production schedule for specific production lines.
Review financial variances to work orders and reassign costs to appropriate departments, and manage the process of identifying substitution components.
Other duties as assigned.
