Process Engineer - Pulp & Paper Process Optimizer

The Kraft Group & Affiliates is looking for a Process Engineer in Montville, Connecticut. The successful candidate will utilize engineering methodologies to design and implement process improvements in the manufacturing of pulp and paper products. Responsibilities include working with the mill team to enhance safety, optimize manufacturing processes, and troubleshoot technical issues. A BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Paper Science Engineering is required, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The role may involve some night and weekend work.
