What We Do
The Advertiser Insights team is part of our GTM Enablement group, supporting our sales organization and global brands by delivering insights and analytics that help drive business impact. We provide consumer insights, industry trends, and data‑driven insights on the drivers of business outcomes. Our measurement studies and unique platform data serve as a key source of information from which actionable insights can be derived to help our advertisers plan, optimize, and obtain the best results for their campaigns.

What You’ll Do

Use insights to position the Trade Desk as the authoritative voice of the consumer across the open internet.

Enable the GTM team with insights resources and tools to support sales motions.

Build Trade Desk and category‑level performance benchmarks, proof points, and thought leadership.

Provide measurement resources, test & learn best practices, and learning agendas for GTM teams.

Help clients evaluate and quantify Trade Desk’s business impact through data‑driven decision‑making and advanced measurement.

Build meaningful cross‑functional relationships with teams worldwide and activate insights for internal and external audiences.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience.

10+ years of experience in measurement, analytics, and/or insights development.

SQL proficiency and ability to write efficient, well‑structured queries on large data sets.

Marketing measurement proficiency, including experience with incrementality testing and/or regression and other modeling techniques.

Experience in research design, benchmarking, and building meta‑analysis.

Experience in the digital advertising industry analyzing data sets to understand patterns and provide insights.

Experience building connections with customers and team members through effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail‑oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.

Excellent technical leadership, stakeholder management, analytical problem‑solving, and troubleshooting experience.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary is determined using a salary range of $164,900—$302,400 USD, depending on experience, knowledge, skills, and location. Employees may be eligible for stock‑based compensation grants and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The role includes comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, a 401(k) plan with company match, disability coverage, life insurance, well‑being benefits, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, sick time, vacation, and paid holidays.

Interns are not eligible for variable incentive awards such as stock‑based compensation, retirement plan, vacation, tuition reimbursement, or parental leave.
