Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed physician
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician
Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse or licensed physician
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients’ unique needs
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
