Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead Domino's Pizza store operations. The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to customer service and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, and cash handling, ensuring accurate financial reports.

Maintain customer relations and uphold store policies and procedures at all times.

Manage staffing schedules, oversee paperwork, and conduct performance reviews.

Ensure the store’s appearance meets franchised standards, including merchandising and cleanliness.

Implement marketing initiatives and drive profitability.

Act as the example for safety, training, and adherence to company values.

Deliver products and marketing materials by car, requiring reliable transportation.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in retail or food‑service management.

Proficiency in basic mathematics—addition, subtraction, multiplication, division—and quick monetary calculations.

Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

Computer proficiency using keyboard or touch‑screen for order entry.

Excellent motor coordination, hand‑eye coordination, and fine motor control for culinary tasks.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle for deliveries.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.

Physical Demands & Work Conditions

Stand, walk, and maintain performance for extended periods, including stair climbing and ladder work.

Lifting and carrying items up to 50 lb, pushing and pulling heavy trays, and pushing dollies.

Work within temperature ranges from 36 °F to over 90 °F, both indoors and outdoors.

Report exposure to heat, fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces (up to 500 °F).

Perform repetitive motions such as reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, and forward flexing at the assembly station.

Operate kitchen equipment, ovens, and pastry tools requiring rapid, precise movements.
