Position
Heavy Marine Equipment Operator with 5 years or more experience in a shipyard environment. This position requires experience in drydocking tugs, barges, and other marine vessels. The employee must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities
Perform pre-use inspection of all equipment operated and perform preventative maintenance, including adding fuel, oil, lubricants; cleaning and changing cables, filters, hoses, belts, fuses; and adjusting brakes, clutches, limits, and similar components.
Set up the marine railway and perform other duties as requested or required.
Participate in random drug screens as a condition of employment.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of shipyard experience.
TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
Valid driver\'s license and a passport.
Must learn safety rules and comply with all Safety and Pollution Prevention Regulations and Procedures under Stevens Towing Company, Inc.’s safety policies.
