Residential/Recovery Residence Coordinator (Saturday & Sunday 1pm-11pm)
Peachford Hospital will soon be opening an off‑site residence to support the needs of our adult outpatient program (PHP) patients. In preparation for the launch of this new and exciting program, we are looking to add a new position to our team.
Duties of a Residence Coordinator
Perform regular safety checks on patients.
Perform ground and room safety checks throughout the shift.
Process new intakes and discharge patients.
Transport and monitor patients to hospital programs and appointments.
Organize and administer protocols regarding patient participation in activities of daily living and administer UDS.

Qualifications
High school diploma. A bachelor’s degree in a social services field is helpful.
Previous experience working with addictive disease and/or behavioral health patients in an inpatient, outpatient, group‑home or half‑way house setting.
A valid Georgia driver’s license with a clear driving record.
