What Our Financial Advisors Do

Personal coach to our Nation’s military families, focused on a financial plan that evolves to meet short‑term and long‑term goals.

Help military families manage day‑to‑day finances, build lifetime assets, and protect against the unexpected.

Engage with the community to bring new clients to First Command, supported by the local district team and Home Office.

Partner with local military organizations, military units, and other supporting institutions.

Coach military families on how to build a comprehensive financial plan that includes:

Savings/banking

Investments/wealth management

Insurance/risk management

What We Offer

Specialized licensing and comprehensive training program for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses to start and grow a successful Financial Advisor career.

Support in pursuing full registration and licensing as a Financial Advisor using our tools and resources.

Preparation and testing for SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.

Opportunity to join a paid training program at a local district office after successful completion of the licensing phase.

Initial compensation: hourly wage for the first three months, typically starting at the state minimum wage. Transition to a salaried position with progressive incentives for the remaining paid training period.
