Insurance Account Representative
to help us grow our award-winning office. In this role, you’ll connect with prospective and current customers, help them understand their coverage options, and build long-term relationships that drive the business forward.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, motivated, and energized by sales. If you enjoy helping people, know how to build trust quickly, and want to be part of a high-performing team, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Prospect for new business through calls, referrals, networking, and follow-up
Recommend insurance solutions based on each customer’s needs
Help customers with applications, renewals, and policy reviews
Keep detailed notes and stay organized in your follow-up
Work closely with the team to create a standout customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
A natural ability to build rapport and earn trust
Sales-minded, competitive, and motivated by results
Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and priorities
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred
Willing to get licensed if not already licensed
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 base salary + commissions + bonuses
