• Portfolio of UX content that demonstrates an understanding of product design processes and showcases content decisions.
• Experience in UX writing or content design for a consumer audience

• Experience writing UX for digital spaces (e.g., e-commerce sales flows, mobile apps, support articles, account management flows).
• Experience writing or editing microcopy, including error messages, button labels etc.
