Own team performance, engagement, and retention by hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing leaders and staff aligned with Sprague’s values
Build a performance-driven culture that drives accountability, reduces turnover, and supports internal growth
Coach leaders and frontline teams, setting clear expectations and reinforcing continuous improvement
Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery through effective resource planning and execution
Monitor financial and operational metrics; Sales & Business Development:
Own branch sales and revenue results by executing growth strategies aligned to Sprague’s value proposition and operational capacity
Analyze the sales and service territory to identify scalable, profitable sales opportunities
Collaborate with and develop sales and account management capabilities to drive higher-quality, more profitable execution
Compliance & Safety:
Own branch quality and safety outcomes by setting standards and holding leaders accountable
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements
Proactively address risk and quality issues through continuous improvement, innovation, and audit-ready practices
Salary
: $95,000-105,000 per year to start plus annual bonus

High school diploma or equivalent
~ 2+ years’ experience in managing people and business operations
~ Strong communicator with emotional intelligence and adaptability
~ Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement
~ Competitive approach to both individual and team performance
~ Willingness to travel throughout entire service territory
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
~3+ years' experience in pest management
~ Pest control, industrial, or safety certifications
