Job Summary

Summary:

Responsible for seating residents in the dining room. Handles customer service situations as they arise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively sell VIP tables, bottle service, and premium experiences
• Build and maintain a network of clients and repeat guests
• Generate new business through outreach, referrals, and personal marketing
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and revenue targets
• Manage reservations and table assignments for VIP guests
• Greet and host clients upon arrival and ensure seamless entry
• Maintain relationships with guests throughout their visit
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a premium experience
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Coordinate with security, hosts, servers, and management on guest flow
• Communicate VIP arrivals, preferences, and special requests
• Maintain an active presence to promote events and drive business
