Full-Time | Flexible Shifts | 40 Hours/Week

Stepping Stones , we’re looking for a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented
Mental Health Professional (MHP)
to join our team in a congregate living setting. You’ll be a vital part of our clients’ recovery journey—teaching life skills, supporting mental wellness, and creating lasting change.
Requirements
What You’ll Do:
Help manage the day-to-day operations of the living site
Support clients in developing everyday skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene, etc.)
Serve as a community connector, helping clients access vital services and entitlements
Build therapeutic relationships that foster trust and healing
Step in as a site leader when the Program Manager is away
Participate in creating and implementing treatment plans as part of a dynamic support team
Monitor medication usage and maintain proper documentation
Be part of crisis response and emergency protocols when needed

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
OR
5+ years of experience in mental health or social services
21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Willing to complete agency-provided training
Eligible under Medicaid Rule 132 as a Mental Health Professional
