Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with customer-focused service and clear communication. What You’ll Do

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including de‑escalating conflicts when appropriate and requesting assistance from law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.

Control access at designated entry points by verifying credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and/or assisting with visitor check‑in requirements per location policy.

Monitor cameras, alarms, and other systems when assigned, and report irregular activity according to post orders.
