Job Overview
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented
Composites Technicians
to join our team on first shift. This is a
90-day contract-to-hire opportunity
with long-term potential for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
Assist in the fabrication and assembly of composite materials
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
Handle materials, tools, and equipment used in composite production
Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support production goals and daily output requirements
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to work a consistent 6:00 AM start time
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
